Directions for use: Warm in hands or in a microwave safe bowl, melt 1 heart until warm and soft to the touch. Melt in 20-30 second intervals until you reach desired temperature. Massage into skin, relax & enjoy! Oil that gets too hot can burn skin so please use caution when warming and before touching hot oil or applying it to skin.
